The planning phase begins with a 20-60 minute, FREE, face-to-face meeting with our landscape designer at your home. We’ll discuss your vision and what we see to make it possible within your budget and on your timeline.

The designer will take some initial photos of your outdoor space as well as measurements.This is a time to share your ideas in collaboration with our designer to develop a basic concept of your project.

Next, Exstream Landscaping, LLC will develop a plan for your project and present you with anitemized bid showing each phase as a separate cost. This way you can decide which items to complete in the order and time frame that works best for you. Upon acceptance of the final proposal, ExstreamLandscaping, LLC will begin and complete your project within the time frame agreed upon and to your complete satisfaction.

Installation

Exstream landscaping, LLC is fully licensed in all phases of landscape construction including backflow.

What this means for you is that we are fully licensed by the state of Oregon, bonded and insured so you have piece of mind knowing that we can install anything your heart desires in the landscape!

From irrigation systems, decks, fences, patios, driveways, walkways, water features, retaining walls, seating walls, creative plantings, fire pits and fire places, outdoor rooms and kitchen, Pergolas, Gazebos, Arbors and low voltage lighting including LED, we can do it all!

We use a variety of Landscape materials from natural flagstone and rock found in NW quarries to man-made pavers, bricks and masonry stone.

With over 25 years experience and a life time of living in the Pacific NW, owner Pat Hardisty and his crew design and install your landscape in phases with extensive involvement from you the client!

Irrigation Installation

Exstream Landscaping, LLC offers full irrigation design and installation. This includes drip systems, mist systems, traditional sprinkler systems and any mixture of these systems that makes sense for your landscape.

We at Exstream Landscape LLC are committed to keeping your plants and lawn healthy while also being mindful of cost and environmental factors.

We also offer winterizing and repair of irrigation systems that we have installed. Winterization is traditionally done in the fall to reduce the chances of costly breaks and malfunctions from winter frosts.
