A Word About Tariffs and Their Impact on Exstream Landscaping

At Exstream Landscaping, over 90% of the products we use to enhance your outdoor living space are made in the USA — and most are sourced right here in the Pacific Northwest. Our plant materials, sod, pavers, retaining wall blocks, rock, gravel, bark, topsoil, and fill dirt are all grown, harvested, manufactured, or quarried within a 25 to 50-mile radius of our headquarters in Oregon City.
As a result, current tariffs have had minimal impact on our pricing. The only exception has been minor fluctuations in the cost of Canadian-sourced cedar. While we haven’t experienced significant price increases, we continue to monitor the market closely for any changes.
To stay ahead of potential market shifts, we're actively researching alternative materials that offer greater stability and are less affected by tariffs — particularly in place of Canadian cedar.
